SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping rates will be calculated in real-time with available carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You will be contacted by eMail with a tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.
SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer signature is required for deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500. Additionally, all Express Mail / Overnight deliveries require a signature.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 2 business days.
We currently offer global shipping.
You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Orders returned to us for any reason will be refunded for the amount of the merchandise purchased only. No tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase will be refunded.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. all merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. the merchandise must be in saleable (unworn) condition with tickets attached.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
When you return (an) item(s), we would like to know why. Please add a short note as to the nature of your return. When you ship your return back to us, we suggest that you retain a record of a return tracking number for future reference. If we do not receive your return, we cannot credit you for the merchandise.
We will not reimburse for any shipping costs.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

Refused orders (if returned within the date period outlined above) will be processed in a timely fashion, however shipping charges are not refunded.
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired items for the cost of shipping. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
