TERMS OF USE
You are personally liable for any orders that you place by telephone with www.pauljrdesigns.com (“Paul Jr. Designs”) or any Paul Jr. Designs owned or sponsored website. We currently accept the following methods of payment via telephone or our websites: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, or a debit card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT and otherwise known as eCheck or ACH)). In addition, you may place an order by mail using either a PayPal or any other additional payment options provided by Paul Jr. Designs. Please do not send cash. We do not accept COD orders at this time. Please note that we do not accept multiple-pay orders on debit card or electronic check transactions. In addition, Paul Jr. Designs is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future.
Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee. We highly recommend double checking all information you submit before finalizing your order.
If we are unable to bill you for your order after you have received shipment, and you do not contact us, your account may be sent to a collection agency. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 800-558-8441 for payment instructions if your account has been sent to collections. You are liable for all collections costs incurred should the account be sent to collections.
Paul Jr. Designs reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for business purposes. If you place an order through Paul Jr. Designs, we require an eMail address to send order and shipping confirmations. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged.
Paul Jr. Designs will not charge sales tax for any order unless the order is placed to ship to a Utah address. If your order is shipping to a Utah address, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.

Except for information necessary to place an order, any comments or other submissions sent to us will be deemed non-confidential, and shall be the property of Paul Jr. Designs, including worldwide rights in all intellectual properties.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates will be calculated in real time with available carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You will be contacted by eMail with a tracking number when your order leaves our order fulfillment center.
SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer signature is required for basic and priority deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer global shipping.
You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. all merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. the merchandise must be in saleable (unworn) condition with tickets attached.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
When you return your item, we’d love to know why. Please add a short note as to the nature of your return. When you ship your return back to us, we suggest that you retain a record of a return tracking number for future reference. If we do not receive your return, we cannot credit you for the merchandise. We will not reimburse for any shipping costs.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

REFUSED ORDERS
Refused orders (if returned within the date period outlined above) will be processed in a timely fashion, however shipping charges are not refunded.
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
If you ordered an item and would like exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired items for the cost of shipping. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
