1. When and how will my order ship?

-Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Order cutoff is 2PM. If you place your order after 2PM it will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and you will receive tracking info when it is picked up by the carrier. All order are shipped from Montgomery, NY 12549.

2. Can I cancel or add to my order?

-You can cancel order if it has not been processed. Please call 1-800-377-5706. We can not add to or change an existing order.

3. Can I alter or customize the items for sale?

-No, the items are exactly as you see them, we can not make changes or alterations at this time.

4. What if I have a problem with my order after it is received?

-Please inspect your items immediately. If you are unhappy with your product please contact customer service within 24 hours at 1-800-377-5706. We will happily exchange or return items in their original condition. Worn, washed, or used items can not be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return postage and shipping in non-refundable. We will always do our best to help you solve your problem.

5. When will I get my package?

– Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority and you should receive it within 5 business days to most locations in the continental US. International orders are sent via USPS Priority and should be received within 6-10 business days in most major markets. If for some reason you haven’t received your package on time, please call customer service 1-800-377-5706
